Cocktail parties and buffets

Rental fee: £400 (VAT is not chargeable).
Rental period: 6–11pm.
Rental space: studio room, fully licensed bar & kitchen.

Maximum number of guests: 60.
Guests are asked to leave by 11pm.
As Dilke Street is residential area, noise should be kept to a minimum when guests leave the premises at night.

Catering

We can arrange catering for you through a number of professional caterers who have been approved by the Club.
The Club has its own kitchen and those wishing to use their own caterers may do so, but you will be asked to pay a 10% commission as well as signing an agreement to take out insurance. We also charge corkage. A barman can usually be supplied.

Bar

We are happy to supply drinks for your dinner, please ask for our current wine list and prices. The barman will be charged at £20/hr.
Should you wish to bring your own drinks a corkage fee will be charged.

 

 

Doorman

For security reasons a doorman has to be present while the building is occupied, but the cost is included within the rental fee.
Cloakrooms.
Ladies' and gentlemen's lavatories are located on the ground floor. A long hallway doubles as a cloakroom.

Car parking

The congestion charge period is 7am–6pm, Monday to Friday. Please refer to www.tfl.gov.uk for further information.
During weekdays, visitor parking is restricted to 'pay and display' bays. After 6.30 on weekdays, after 1.30 on Saturdays and all day on Sundays, cars can be parked on single yellow lines (but not in residents' parking bays) in Tite Street, other nearby streets and on the Embankment.
