The London Sketch Club is a uniquely attractive venue for your event. It is 10-15 minutes walk from Chelsea Registry Office on The Kings Road.

Rental fee: £600 (VAT is not chargeable)
Rental periods: 6–11pm weekdays and also between 1–5pm on Saturday and Sundays.

Rental space: studio room, fully licensed bar & kitchen.

Maximum number of guests: 60.
Guests are asked to leave by 11pm.
As Dilke Street is residential area, noise should be kept to a minimum when guests leave the premises at night.

Catering

The Club has ten 6' x 2' & four 2'x 2' tables, 65 chairs and two 4' x 4' portable platforms available for use; these are included within the rental fee.
We have a number of caterers, who provide services for the club and who would be happy to talk through your requirements.
Alternatively we can accommodate your own caterers in our kitchen, but we will ask you to sign an agreement to take out insurance.
The kitchen will be available before the hire period. It may be possible, by prior arrangement, for catering supplies and equipment to be removed the following morning from 8–10 am for an additional charge of £25.

Bar

We are happy to supply drinks for your dinner, please ask for our current wine list and prices. The barman will be charged at £20/hr.
Should you wish to bring your own drinks a corkage fee will be charged at £3 bottle of still wine, £4 bottle sparkling & £5 bottle champagne

Doorman

For security reasons a doorman has to be present while the building is occupied, but the cost is included within the rental fee.
Cloakrooms.
Ladies' and gentlemen's lavatories are located on the ground floor. A long hallway doubles as a cloakroom.

Car parking

The congestion charge period is 7am–6pm, Monday to Friday. Please refer to www.tfl.gov.uk for further information.
During weekdays, visitor parking is restricted to 'pay and display' bays. After 6.30 on weekdays, after 1.30 on Saturdays and all day on Sundays, cars can be parked on single yellow lines (but not in residents' parking bays) in Tite Street, other nearby streets and on the Embankment.
